We had a super fun time holding an outreach day at Memorial Park Day Camp, which is put on by Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services. This was our biggest outreach event ever, with 6 stations and a team of 8 volunteers from the lab to work with about 60 kids for 2 hours. We had stations on regeneration, species identification of several planarian species, animal behavior, using microscopes, neurons, and talking about what a worm is anyway!
